Hope Lutheran Church

Members and friends of Hope Lutheran will meet for worship at 9:30 a.m. this Sunday morning. Pastor Judy Lamb will lead the service. Anne Dobney is organist. Janie Dierenfeldt and Carol Schulz will prepare communion. Amy and Daryl Dodd will host coffee hour. On Monday morning the Mary-Martha will meet to quilt. On Tuesday the Fly-Tying group meets. On Wednesday the Lunch Bunch meets at the Presbyterian Church. LOGOS group meets at 5:30 p.m. Soup and bread dinner is at 6 p.m. Holden Evening worship begins at 7 p.m.  

Gateway Christian Fellowship

Our weekly worship gathering is Sunday at 10:30 a.m. “Delayed Destiny…How low can you go?” is the title of the message from the life of Joseph who had dreams that were delayed but eventually in God’s timing fulfilled. Gateway Kids meets during the message with age-appropriate groups for students ages 3-12. The Wednesday gathering will meet on Wednesday at Gateway at 7 p.m. Sunday worship gatherings are livestreamed on Facebook and YouTube.  If more information is needed, please call the church office at (406) 563-3534.

Grace Baptist Church

Please join us for our Sunday worship service at 11 a.m. Our sermon focus is moving towards Easter and Resurrection Sunday. God in the Bible instructs us in the importance of Jesus’ resurrection for our faith. It’s key piece in the puzzle. Without it everything was just a nice gesture thoughtful attempt from a misguided man. But the tomb was empty and He is alive and our faith is not in vain but our great hope. During our worship service we sing praises to our God, pray together, have the word proclaimed and fellowship with other believers. We hope you will join us. 

Prior to the Sunday service we have an adult Sunday school at 10 a.m. We are studying the book of Revelation. A great book of hope. On Wednesday evenings at the church building from 5:30-8 p.m. There is a meal from 5:30-6:15 p.m. and a study on Colossians. The meal is bring what you can at 5:30-6:15 p.m. On Thursday evening we meet to for a study only no meal at 6-8 p.m. This study is on essentials of the faith. The church building is located at the corners of 5th and Cedar streets. Blessings to you in the name of Jesus Christ.

Anaconda Catholic Community

We welcome you to join us for the Fifth Sunday of Lent. The Saturday vigil Mass is at 5 p.m. at Holy Family Church; Sunday Masses are at 8:30 a.m. at St. Peter’s Church and 10 a.m. at Holy Family. 

Weekday Mass will be held on Wednesday and Thursday at 12 noon at Holy Family, and on Friday at 12 noon at St. Peter’s Church. Stations of the Cross will follow the noon service at St. Peter’s Church. Eucharistic Adoration will be held on Monday from 6-7 p.m. and on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Holy Family. 

RE and Youth Group classes will be held on Wednesday: Pre-K to grade 6 from 5:15-6:30 p.m., grades 7-8 from 6:15-7:15 p.m., and Youth Group from 6:30-8 p.m. There will be a parent meeting for First Communion at 6 p.m. on Wednesday. The Weekly Gospel Reflection/Study groups will meet next week as follows: Men’s Group on Monday from 5-6 p.m.; Women’s Group on Monday from 5-6 p.m.; the Men’s and Women’s Group meet on Thursday at 10 am (all at Holy Family).

St. Mark's Episcopal Church

Reverend Theresa will be leading the service with Holy Eucharist this Sunday.  Deacon Mary Alice will assist. Margaret Ricci is the organist. Coffee and fellowship follow the service. All are welcome. Bible study is held on Wednesday at 7 p.m. at the St. Mark's Parish House located directly behind the church. Reverend Theresa will have our Holy Week schedule ready.

The historic St. Mark’s Episcopal Church, at the corner of Main and 6th streets, meets on Sun-days at 11:15 a.m. The priest, Rev. Theresa, conducts services with Holy Communion on the first and third Sundays of each month. Deacons Jim and Mary Alice Jones lead worship with traditional Morning Prayer on the second and fourth Sundays of each month. The historic pipe organ, given by Mrs. Marcus Daly, is used every Sunday.

First Presbyterian Church

First Presbyterian Church will worship at 11 a.m. with Pastor Veva Larson speaking on “Guess Who Stopped By?” based on Isaiah 43:16-21 and John 12:1-8.  

The Bell Choir concert will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday afternoon at First Presbyterian Church with refreshments following. All are welcome.
