Erin Kelly wins her eighth ACC Ladies Club Championship

The Anaconda Country Club held its annual Ladies Club Championship over the weekend, and Erin Kelly ran away with the title as she was crowned ACC Ladies Club Champion for the eighth time in her golfing career.
Kelly won the two-day tournament – held Saturday and Sunday, July 26-27 – by 16 strokes over Rosie McKay and Julia McIntosh, who tied for first place in the Championship Flight.
Kelly fired off an excellent 3-over-par score of 76 in the opening round on Saturday to take an eight-shot lead, and continued to build upon that lead with an 84 in the second round for a combined two-day +14 score of 160.
McKay had a strong opening round as well, shooting an 11-over 84 on Saturday, and followed up with a 92 on Sunday. McIntosh essentially flipped that score, shooting a 91 on Saturday but coming back with an 85 on Sunday as she and McKay tied with a +30 score of 176 across both days to tie for first in the Championship Flight.
The other flight winners from the tournament were Patty Hempstead (First Flight), Debra Parks (Second Flight), Lisa Hathaway (Third Flight) and Lisa Huber (Fourth Flight).
