Felicitas (Lizzi) Elisabeth Tempel Rice, age 89; and her son, Andrew Pierre Rice, age 56; passed away in Spokane, Washington, on Jan. 16, 2024. They were the wife and son of the late Lyle Rice (son of the late Clint & Lillian Rice of Opportunity). A private family service will take place in Spokane on Feb. 9.
