The honorable Kenneth Walund presiding:

• Gerald Moore McClung of Butte pleaded guilty on Oct. 14 to a charge of driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, first offense and a charge of driving without liability insurance in effect, first offense. The defendant was fined $250 plus $35 surcharge plus six months’ jail time, all suspended, for driving with a suspended or revoked license and $250 plus $25 surcharge for driving without liability insurance in effect.

• William Hugh Emerson pleaded guilty on Oct. 6 to a charge of driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked, first offense and a charge of driving without liability insurance in effect, first offense. The defendant was fined $250 plus $35 surcharge for driving with a suspended or revoked license and $250 plus $25 surcharge for driving without liability insurance in effect.
