Justice Court 5-30

The honorable Kenneth Walund presiding: 

• Dianna R. Cronk pleaded guilty on May 27 to obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. The defendant was fined $300 plus $85 surcharge and sentenced to six months in jail with all but two days suspended.

• Marty Dwane Hanson pleaded guilty on May 29 to a charge of assault, purposely or knowingly causing bodily injury to another. The defendant was fined $100 plus $85 surcharge in addition to six months deferred imposition and ordered not to go into any bars or casinos for 60 days. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed per a plea agreement with the county attorney's office.
