Please join us for a Celebration of Life honoring Kathie McGreevy Graveley on June 20, 2026. The gathering will take place from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm at the family home located at 3215 Legacy Loop, Helena, MT.

Kathie passed away peacefully at the age of 74 on November 24, 2025, at St. Peter’s Hospital in Helena, Montana, with her husband of 54 years, Doug Graveley, by her side.

Born on September 27, 1951, to Harry and Marian (Hogan) McGreevy, Kathie was the third of nine children in a warm Irish Catholic family. A graduate of Anaconda High School and Ethel’s Beauty College, she married Douglas Aaron Graveley on September 4, 1971. Together, they raised two children, Shauna Danielle Krawl and Luke Aaron Graveley. Family was the center of Kathie’s life, and she will be remembered as a devoted caregiver who welcomed everyone into her home with warmth and kindness.

Kathie was preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Marian McGreevy; her brother, Jack and her sister Annie. She is survived by her husband, Doug; her children Luke and Danielle (Travis) Krawl and her granddaughter Charlie Krawl; her brothers, Kevin (Sylvia), Tom (Linda), and Bob McGreevy, and her sisters, Bartley (Bob) Larocque, Mary Jean (Denny) Finn, and Glynn (Brad) Hines.

Kathie will be deeply missed by the many lives she touched. We look forward to sharing memories of her generous spirit and loving heart.
