Mr. Freeze

Nope that's not a freeze ray, it's just an Anaconda-Deer Lodge County Parks and Recreation staffer spraying water onto Kennedy Common in an effort to build up the ice on a cold Friday morning. The warming house at the common will be open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays during the months of January and February from noon to 8 p.m. Hours are subject to change depending on conditions of the weather and ice.
