Sheila Vanisko 

Sheila Marie Vanisko, born March 27, 1939, in Butte, Montana, passed away peacefully in Anaconda, Montana on October 13, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband John, parents, Charles and Helen Krause; and her brother Chuck Krause.

Sheila is survived by her loving daughter Jill and son Kevin (Rhodalyn); her cherished grandchildren, Brittany and Kyle Vanisko; and sister Suze; sister-in-law Patricia Thompson and numerous nieces and nephews. She leaves behind a legacy of love and kindness that will never be forgotten.

A loving and caring woman, Sheila found joy in the simple pleasures of life; especially being with family, her faith and Sunday drives around the local area. Those who knew her well will forever remember her as one of the kindest people to have ever graced their lives.

Sheila’s kindness, gentle nature, and deep love for her family will remain in our hearts always. She will be dearly missed by her family, but her memory will live on in their hearts.
