The honorable Kenneth Walund presiding:
• John Richard Leitz changed his plead to guilty on Feb. 12 to a charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. The defendant was fined $100 plus $35 surcharge. Pursuant to a plea agreement with the State of Montana, a charge of operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense, was dismissed.
• Robert Jeffery Wareham changed his plea to guilty on Feb. 12 to a charge of assault. The defendant was fined $100 plus $85 surcharge. Pursuant to a plea agreement with the State of Montana, a charge of endangering the welfare of a child, first violation, was dismissed.
• Roman Gaston Sierra changed his plea to guilty on Feb. 12 to a charge of operating a non-commercial vehicle with alcohol concentration of 0.08% BAC or greater, first offense. The defendant was fined $600 plus $85 surcharge plus six months’ jail time with all suspended plus ACT class plus the court recommended a probationary driver’s license be issued. Pursuant to a plea agreement with the State of Montana, a charge of disorderly conduct and a charge of unlawful possession of open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle on highway were dismissed.
• Anthony Lester Parry changed his plead to guilty on Feb. 12 to a charge of operating a non-commercial vehicle with alcohol concentration of 0.08% BAC or greater, first offense. The defendant was fined $1000 plus $85 surcharge plus six months’ jail time with all but three days suspended plus credit for three days served plus ACT class. Pursuant to a plea agreement with the State of Montana, a charge of negligent endangerment and operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense, were dismissed.
• Tracy Steven Fiorani changed his plea to guilty on Feb. 5 to a charge of operating a non-commercial vehicle with alcohol concentration of 0.08% BAC or greater, first offense. The defendant was fined $600 plus $85 surcharge plus six months’ jail time with all suspended plus ACT class. Pursuant to a plea agreement with the State of Montana, a charge of driving a motor vehicle while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and a charge of failure to carry proof or exhibit/insurance in vehicle - owner or operator, second offense, were dismissed.
• Gabriel Ryan Thomas changed his plea to guilty on Feb. 5 to a charge of driving without a valid driver’s license. The defendant was fined $200 plus $35 surcharge. Pursuant to a plea agreement with the State of Montana, a charge of operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense, was dismissed.
