Justice Court

• Anthony James Forsman appeared before Judge Ken Walund on July 24 where he pleaded guilty to charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, first offense, operating with expired registration – failure to reregister, driving without a valid driver's license and operating without liability insurance in effect, first offense. He was fined $800 plus $85 surcharge, given six months in jail with all but two days suspended and ordered to complete ACT Class for driving under the influence, $50 plus $25 surcharge for operating with expired registration, $200 plus $25 surcharge for driving without a valid license and $250 plus $25 surcharge for operating without liability insurance in effect.
