Patrick Michael Scalise

Pat Scalise lived a long, happy life and died peacefully on Monday, Aug. 14, 2023 at Community Hospital in Anaconda. He died peacefully with his wife Laurel Scalise by his side, battling cancer the last few years of his life. 

He is survived by his wife Laurel, and his two children John (Angela) Scalise and Sally (Kevin) Bethke. He was a beloved Papa of four: Jacob and Abby Scalise and Seth and Kindall Bethke. 

Pat was born in Cardwell, but he enjoyed living on the farm with his mom’s family. 

Pat worked hard all his life as a pipefitter at the Smelter in Anaconda, until he moved to Richland, Washington and worked for Hanford Nuclear Plant as a pipefitter supervisor. He also worked at the Housing Authority in Anaconda as a maintenance person. He enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family. 

His Celebration of Life will be on Memorial Day Weekend in 2024.
