Fire engulfs house on Sycamore

Firefighters run hoses through the front door at 121 Sycamore St. while others circle around to the garage to put more water onto the structure, which caught fire the morning of Friday, March 1. The Anaconda Fire Department, as well as Opportunity, West Valley, Georgetown Lake volunteer fire departments and other agencies were dispatched to the scene, with traffic on both Park and Commercial avenues detoured onto 3rd Street at the Sycamore Street intersection due to the blaze.
