Laverne Casey Marley-Sides 1945-2024

Laverne Casey Marley-Sides, known as Casey, 79, of Milwaukie, Oregon, passed away on July 8, 2024 in the company of her husband and her sister. 

Casey had two children; Thomas (Tony) and Michael Marley and six grandchildren. She is leaving behind her husband, JB, and sister Cathie (Roger) Vauthier, stepchildren Clark and Caprial, nephews Casey and Greg Vauthier and their families. 

Preceding her were son Michael, parents Kay and Woodrow Casey and sister Marilyn Nakonieczy.

She loved to come to Montana and camp with extended family. Her RV took her many places including fishing in Kodiak, Alaska. She will be remembered as a smart, tough, fun loving lady.

A memorial service will be held at the family home on July 20 from 2-4 p.m. in Milwaukie, Oregon.
