The honorable Kenneth Walund presiding:

• Joann Frances Ramos pleaded guilty on March 25 to a charge of operation of non-commercial vehicle with alcohol concentration of .08% blood-alcohol content or greater, first offense. Per a plea agreement the defendant was fined $600 plus $85 surcharge, sentenced to six months in jail suspended and ordered to complete ACT Class, plus the court recommends a probationary driver’s license be issued.
