Luncheon Discussion with Veterans

Paul Beausoleil, top middle, and Jeff Frank, above right, Anaconda veterans of the Vietnam War, talk with Anaconda Junior/Senior High School honors juniors in Megan Casey's government class and Erin Hansen's English class during a luncheon at the Hearst Free Library on Thursday. That preceded a talk on the Vietnam Era Veterans Memorial at Kennedy Common and then a series of interviews the students conducted at the library with Beausoleil, Frank and fellow Vietnam veterans John Aspholm, Mickie Nazer, Pat Tracy and Bill Willing, along with Kristy McKay whose father was a Vietnam veteran, all as part of a school project to compile the veterans' stories into a book.
